Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled using trusted third-party production partners. They have facilities in the UK, EU, and USA, which helps ensure faster delivery times and reliable service depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. No matter where you are, you can explore and enjoy futuristic art. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
How long does it take to process an order?
Most items are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before shipping.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA/Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on local postal services, customs processing, and peak seasons.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. I do my best to keep rates fair and transparent.
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes. Most orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are set by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking number for updates. If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, or if it seems to be stuck in transit, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, I may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact me as soon as possible to request a change.
